Earth Crafted Gardens local a small farm located in Toluca Lake. Jeff Stein, founder of Earth Crafted Garden, says "the focus is about working with chefs first and foremost, and then being a supplier second." Product is delivered the same day it is harvested, Monday through Friday.
Jeff serves a few select Chefs and Kitchens. Being a small farm allows him to walk the entire field and nursery area everyday. He adds, "Serving a limited number of chefs also creates the opportunity for more of a partnership vs the traditional customer/vendor experience."
