Themis Chardonnay

Themis NV Chardonnay 2019: This is a dry wine that was barrel fermented on the lees in French Oak. The wine opens on the nose with oak and hints of vanilla. On the pallet the wine imparts flavors of green apple, peach, butter and wood spice and has a lingering creamy finish.
