Marvin Sandoval hails from Los Angeles and got his start in the restaurant industry at the age of 18. From starting as a Dishwasher to Prep Cook to becoming a Junior Sous Chef, Marvin soon discovered that the restaurant Industry would become his passion.
He comes from a Salvadorian mother and a Mexican father - both hard working, loving and gracious parents who also worked in the restaurant business influencing Marvin's desire to become an accomplished chef.
Marvin was offered the front of the house manger during the opening of Bar Hermanito. He has been with us from the very beginning.
When Marvin isn’t creating new cocktails or dishes you can find him fishing, taking marital art lessons or working with his significant other Victoria planning out their future restaurant together.
